- Developed and tracked series of ‘Human
Capital Metrics’ including staff turnover, employee
satisfaction, critical positions, number of ‘qualified leaders’,
succession exposure, health of ‘talent bank’ etc.
- Designed, developed and rolled out new Appraisal System for organisation employing 2,500 staff – all staff now have two
performance and development dialogue sessions per year
- Designed new Personal Development Planning process,
with associated briefings and training – resulting in individual
personal development plans for all staff
- Managed major shift to a Performance Based Culture in a ‘traditional’, operationally-intensive industry, resulting in targets hit for retention of HIPOs and active
management of LOPOs out of the company
- Contributed to the successful implementation of a ‘Performance
Pay Bell Curve’ across three continents - US, Europe, Asia. An
extremely challenging project that is now showing significant results in
terms of performance
- Introduced and managed 360° Appraisal Process for
Board Level and Senior Managers, including anonymous collection of both
quantitative and qualitative information. Facilitated feedback to
managers resulted in demonstrable individual benefits, and significant
behavioural change
